We process billing the first week of your release month. Wines are available for pick-up after your account has been successfully processed.
Our Winemakers attempt to hand select a variety of wines that will have an appeal to most members. Due to inventory and varied wine prices, we are unable to substitute bottles. May we suggest that you at least give the Winemaker’s selections a try? You may be pleasantly surprised!
Club Benefits are exclusive to the person(s) named on the account. However, tasting benefits are available for up to four people including the member(s) who must be present at the time of the tasting.
Yes; however, all purchases should be made prior to their arrival for pick-up. We can either charge the credit card on file, or you may use an alternative card when placing the order. Please notify us of the date and name of the person(s) picking up your order. We are also more than happy to list another person on your membership account as authorized to pick up your wines for you.Anyone you authorize will need to present valid ID at the time of pick-up.
If you need to update your account with any new information such as, new address, new phone number(s), new credit card number or expiration date, club subscription, change to shipping or will call status, you may contact us by phone 951.491-8506 or by emailing the Wine Club Department at [email protected].
We ship UPS Ground with an estimation of 5-7 business days for delivery. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box APO/FPO. Please keep in mind, an adult signature is required at the time of delivery. We strongly suggest you provide a business address for shipments if you are away from home during the day. Address changes MUST be submitted and received prior to shipping. If you are unable to sign for your wine package on any of the 3 delivery attempts, UPS will return your package to South Coast Winery. You have the option to have your package held for pick-up or reshipped for an additional shipping fee.
UPS usually catches any broken contents before it is sent to the receiver, however, if you do receive broken or leaking bottles in your shipment, please notify us and we will assist you accordingly.
The tasting benefits (which are a complimentary benefit for our active members) are available for up to four people including the member(s) who must be present at the time of the tasting. Our members receive four tasting tickets every month, to be used within that month if they are not used they are no longer valid. Additional tasting tickets can be purchased at a discount of 50%.
Your wines are available for pick up after your account has been successfully processed during your release month. You will also be notified by email as soon as your selection is ready for you.
Yes, absolutely! Just be sure to give us a call with the name of the person picking up, prior to their arrival, so that we can make notes on your account.
From the date of the release, members have 45 days to pick up their selection. We will send a friendly reminder to your email as the pick-up date approaches. After the 45 day period, our members will be contacted via e-mail notifying them that the selection will be shipped to the address on file and we will process the card on file with the additional shipping fees.
We understand that things come up and that you may need to temporarily suspend your membership. We can place your account on hold for up to six months, and your account will then automatically be reactivated with the next quarterly release. Please keep in mind, that your Wine Club benefits will be suspended and inactive during this time period.
Your Wine Club Membership lasts for as long as you wish it to continue! There is no annual fee and your only obligation is to purchase two quarterly selections after your first initial pick up. You may stop your membership at any time after that. Please keep in mind, we do require cancellations in writing. You may send an email to [email protected], or visit us in person to fill out a cancellation form.
