TEMECULA, Calif. – South Coast Winery Resort & Spa, an award-winning winery and celebrated destination for holiday dining, will host Easter celebrations on Sunday, April 5, featuring a special a la carte menu at The Vineyard Rose Restaurant and a festive Easter Buffet in the resort’s scenic courtyard.
A La Carte Easter Brunch at The Vineyard Rose Restaurant
Sunday, April 5, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (breakfast items served until 1 p.m.)
Guests can enjoy a curated menu in the elegant Vineyard Rose Restaurant, overlooking the resort’s vineyards. Brunch offerings include favorites such as Cali Benedict, Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Toast with caviar on sourdough, and the Vineyard Breakfast with eggs, bacon or link sausage, vineyard potatoes and toast. Starters include Hummus with seasonal crudité and a Charcuterie Board featuring meats, cheeses, fruit, and Temecula honeycomb. Easter specials include Spring Herb Roast Chicken with baby potatoes or spring vegetables, White Wine & Rosemary Braised Lamb Shank with spring vegetables, and Smoked Salmon & Leek Quiche with house béchamel.

Easter Brunch Buffet in the Courtyard
Sunday, April 5, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The resort’s courtyard will feature a lavish Easter Buffet with breakfast and lunch selections. Offerings include bagels with smoked salmon and accompaniments; a breakfast station with seasonal fruit, yogurt, granola, pastries, French toast, eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, bacon, and breakfast potatoes; and a salad station with Caesar Salad and Spring Greens Salad with goat cheese, pomegranate, and roasted beets. Entrees include grilled chicken breast with smoked black beans, salsa ranchera, and chipotle crema; pan-seared salmon; roasted vegetables; and a carving station with prime rib and Mendocino mustard & herb-crusted pork loin. Desserts feature assorted cheesecakes, carrot cake, macarons, Easter candies, and chocolate torte.
