Brian Simpson, Ilya Serov, & Jessy J
Sunday, October 4, 2026
This special concert features three world-class jazz artists: keyboardist and composer Brian Simpson, trumpeter and vocalist Ilya Serov, and saxophonist Michael Paulo. After graduating from Northern Illinois University, Brian Simpson moved to Los Angeles, performing alongside Gerald Albright and Norman Brown, touring with Janet Jackson, and spending a decade with jazz legend George Duke. He has also worked with James Ingram, Anita Baker, Dave Koz, and Wayman Tisdale, and his writing and performing credits on R&B chart-topping and Smooth Jazz Airplay albums have made him a sought-after Music Director for jazz events worldwide.
Award-winning trumpeter, vocalist, songwriter, and producer Ilya Serov blends jazz, R&B, and Brazilian influences in his dynamic original music. A frequent collaborator of Dave Koz, Serov has performed at iconic jazz festivals, symphonic collaborations, and in film soundtracks, earning Best New Artist at the Hollywood International Music Awards in 2014. Known for playing his own invention, the Jazzohorn, Serov combines deep respect for jazz tradition with forward-thinking creativity.
Experience an unforgettable evening with acclaimed saxophonist Jessy J, whose vibrant blend of contemporary jazz, Latin rhythms, and soulful melodies has earned her a dedicated international following. Known for her smooth yet energetic sound, Jessy J has shared the stage and collaborated with some of the genre’s most respected artists, including renowned keyboardist Brian Simpson. With chart-topping albums, captivating live performances, and a style that effortlessly balances sophistication with feel-good energy, Jessy J creates the perfect soundtrack for a memorable night among the vines.
