From you and the event coordinators, to Angel the banquet manager, Mayte the banquet captain, and the friendly event staff… every single person we dealt with was a pleasure. I think I actually felt "pampered" while managing a 400-person event! You, Angel and Mayte were always checking in with me to see if there was anything I needed and to ensure that things were going smoothly.
When we decided last minute to add more auction tables, the staff did so without complaint. When we realized about 45 minutes after doors opened that we had forgotten to put waters on the tables, Mayte said no problem and got the staff working on it right away. The staff was remarkably efficient, personable and polite all evening.
This was our 3rd annual Rotary Taste of the World event, and our first time at South Coast. It was far and above our best experience with a venue. Our guests literally raved about the set-up. Being able to utilize both the scenic outdoor patio and the elegant ballroom was a perfect combination. Everyone simply loved it.
Thank you so much for all of your work to coordinate this massive community event. As a sponsor and supporter, South Coast helped the Rotary Club of Temecula raise nearly $40,000 for local service projects and humanitarian efforts abroad.
